We are now beginning to see more churches who are embracing the fivefold ministries. As this continues to happen, the pastor will not always be the one who is the ultimate authority.

Rather, some churches are set up with several pastors who minister on more of a "one on one" basis.

There is a need to differentiate between someone being a business manager and being a pastor. The characteristic of a true pastor is that he or she is willing to lay down their lives for those over whom they are given responsibility
